ShagBuilt.com – 2009

Shag, wanted a more focused website to display the hand crafted precision tattoo machines he builds with the ability to make updates to it himself. The website was designed to reflect the old-time craftsmanship that goes into every machine he makes and to differentiate his creations from the mass produced cookie-cutter machines on the market.

This website is built with WordPress and a lot of custom graphics. The navigation buttons, photo frames, machine medallion illustrations, content frames and website background, it’s all pretty intricate, kind of like an old time bank or stock certificate. Worth checking out.

ShagBuilt.com – 2007

The first website I built for ShagBuilt was hand coded and maintained with HTML, CSS and PHP. The design was meant to reflect the old-time craftsmanship he used when making his machines. It was also used to promote the books he was publishing at that time.
